I'm just going to explain the cross elimination method.

A seems to describe a rhombus...

yet if you asked someone "tell me a quadrilateral with 4 equal sides", they probably would identify it as a square. It's correct but not the best definition.

B seems to accurately describe a rhombus. Why?

The definition of a parallelogram is a four-sided plane with opposite sides parallel. Rhombuses have opposite sides parallel too as well as 4 equal sides.

C is, in a way, describing a rectangle or square.

A parallelogram with 4 equal angles would mean that every angle is 90° because every four sided figure's sum of angles are 360°.

D is literally describing a square. Like NOPE.
