The inequality is the other way around.
X+12 ≥ 26
X ≥ 14

You forgot the little underline below it as well

12 + x = 26

12 + x - 12 = 26 - 12 = 14

x = 14

I'm guessing you would have to find x then find the inequality which would be 14 > 12, I'm sorry if that wasn't it, but hopefully it helped in any way.
