A wealthy person would've certainly been more likely to support strong Anti-Federalist views.

Federalism is founded on the idea that with the combination of a central government with regional ones, set up a Nation for equality. On the other hand, concentration of power into one single entity often leads to a preservation of the status-quo, meaning the wealthy stay powerful and the poor stay weak. This is exactly what a person that's comfortable with their current position of wealth wants.

Hope this helps out!
