6x-5=5(x-3)+x

HEllppp mEEEeE i dont undersatnd this at all

I’m not 100% sure as to what you mean by this, but I’ll try to answer this as best as I can.

So, let’s start out with distributive property.

6x-5=5(x-3)+x

6x-5=(x*5)-(5*3)+x

You should have:

6x-5 = 5x-15+x

Next, add your like terms.

6x-5=6x-15

Now, bring your variable over to one side.

6x-5=6x-15

-6x -6x

-5=-15

Since these aren’t equal to each other, there’s no solution.
