The weight of an object on the moon isabout .167 of its weight on Earth. How much does a 180-astronaut weigh on the Moon?

To figure this out, you will simply have to figure out what 180 divided by .167 equals. I'm going to do this on a calculator for time reasons, but I advise knowing how to do it on paper as well.

The answer to our question is about 30 pounds.

I hope I helped! Have a good day sweetie and good luck!! :)

The word "of" tells you that you should multiply In this problem.
So the first step would be to find out what you need to multiply. In this case that would be 180×0.167
Second step is to solve. So 180×0.167=30.06 (pounds)
