Why are the five pillars of islam so important to muslims

They are important because the shahada represents faith and trust to their god. The salah is prayer is their 5 daily prayers and the zakāt is charity were the Muslims volunteer and give money. And the sawn is fasting it is suppose to seek nearness and forgiveness from god. The hajj is pilgrimage which is Mecca.

The five pillars of Islam are what muslims listen to. For example, Salah is daily prayer. The pillar Sawm is fasting during the holy month. (Ramadan)
