What is the difference and silimarties between a physical map and a political map?

One difference between the two is that a physical map focuses on the geography of an area, while a political map primarily focuses on the boundaries between things like countries or states. Another difference is that a physical map shows all the mtn. ranges and other geographical characteristics, while a political map shows capitals and towns of states and countries.

A similarity between the two can be both maps show the outlines of both land and sea. Most maps are actually combinations of physical and political maps.

a physical map show mountains, lakes, rivers, pawns, etc.

political map show states, state borders, etc.
