A biconditional statement has 2 parts : a conditional statement that states "If hypothesis, then conclusion" and a converse statement which states " If conclusion, then hypothesis" . When both these parts are true, then it is called a biconditional statement.

According to this definition: Option C is correct

C. The measures of two angles have a sum of 90º if and only if the angles are complements.
