the answer is x> -13

you'd multiply (3x-5) with two which would leave you with 6x-10-8x < 16 , you'd then combine like terms and end up with -2x -10 < 16, add 10 to the other side, which would be -2x< 26 , leading you to x > -13 (switching the sign because divided by a negative!)
