34. Don't know, but i'm doing these as if they're decimals, so i'll give you the integer decimal answer: 0, because they're both -3.2

37. 2.15

Explanation:

30. Bring -1.5 to 0. This gives us 1.5 to work with. Now bring 0.4 to 0. This gives us 0.4 and 1.5 to work with. Add them both together, and round the 0.9 to the nearest TENTH (.9). So now we have 2!

34. Already explained.

37. First, get the decimal -3.2 to zero. That gives us 3.2 absolute value. Then, make 0.11 into 1.1, and add it to 3.2. 3.2 + 1.1 = 4.3, split in half, because "midpoint" so 2.150, or 2.15, or to be weird, 3.50.
