The combined height of the world's three tallest buildings is 6,360 feet. The building in Dubai is 745 feet taller than the building in Makkah. Taipei's building is 301 feet shorter than Makkah's. The equation (x + 745) + x + (x – 301) = 6,360 represents the scenario. What can be determined from the given information? Check all that apply. X represents the height of the building in Dubai. The expression (x – 301) represents the height of the building in Taipei. The building in Makkah is 1,972 feet tall. The height of Dubai's building is 1,227 feet tall. The height of Taipei's building is 1,671 feet tall.

Let's assume

height of building in Makkah as x

since, the building in Dubai is 745 feet taller than the building in Makkah

So, the height of the building in Dubai is x+745

Taipei's building is 301 feet shorter than Makkah's

so, Taipei's building height is x-301

now, we are given

The combined height of the world's three tallest buildings is 6,360 feet

sum of all three heights must be 6360

x+745+x-301+x=6360

now, we can solve for x

Combine like terms

3x+745-301=6360

3x+444=6360

Subtract both sides by 444

3x+444-444=6360-444

3x=5916

Divide both sides by 3

(3x)/(3)=(5916)/(3)

x=1972

so,

height of building in Makkah is 1972 feet

the height of the building in Dubai is 1972+745=2717

Taipei's building height is 1972-301=1671

Hence,

height of building in Makkah is 1972 feet

the height of the building in Dubai is 2717 feet

Taipei's building height is 1671 feet..................Answer
