Disitribute the 3 to the first parenthesis:

3(2x-5) = 6x-15

Distribute the 4 to the second parenthesis:

4(x-3)=4x-12

So, the equation becomes

6x-15-4x+12=7 \iff 2x=10 \iff x = (10)/(2) = 5
