f(x)=x+3,\ g(x)=x^2-x\\\\(f+g)(x)=f(x)+g(x)=(x+3)+(x^2-x)=x+3+x^2-x=3+x^2\\\\(f+g)(4)\to\text{put the x = 4 to the equation}\\\\(f+g)(4)=3+4^2=3+16=19
