To graph this, start at "b". From the origin, go UP 2 units and plot that point. This is coordinate (0, 2).

Next, use the slope (rise over run) to plot the next point. From the y-intercept point you just plotted, count UP 1 and Right 2 and plot that point. This is coordinate (2, 3)

Draw a line through those 2 points.
