D. Comments

Comments in a word document is a tool used to notify the user(s) of different changes to the document or to simply put a reminder of what they should put in certain areas. The comments feature can be found in the Review tab.

B. Modifying a style.

By modifying a style of a certain section of a document, you will be able to change the style settings. One way to do this is to select the section that you would like to modify, then right-click on the section and select styles, then select the style you would like to change it into. Another method would be so go to the Home tab, select the section, and then simply select the style from the ribbon that you would like to change the style into.

B. A, C, B, D.

Judging from the presented tables, arranged from the least helpful to the most helpful would be A, C, B, D.

Table "A" has a black background that makes the text almost unreadable.

Table "C" has a green background, but the shade of green is too dark making it unreadable.

Table "B" makes it clear, but a little kind of plain.

Table "D" makes it clear that the left column is the highlight and the right columns data is matched with the rows on the left.
