If ,

\bold{z=-3+5i }

so,conjugate of z

\overline{ z }=
\bold{-3-5i }

Because, in argand plane
\overline{ z } is the reflection of z in x-axis.

so,

According to the question,

z
\overline{z}=(-3+5i)(-3-5i)

\bold{(-3)^2-(5i)^2 }

\bold{9-25(-1) }

\bold{ 9+25 }

\bold{ 34 }

Answer:

  • 34

Explanation:

Given

  • z = -3 + 5i

Conjugate of z is:

  • z' = -3 - 5i

Product zz' is:

  • zz' = (-3 + 5i)(-3 - 5i) = (-3)² - (5i)² = 9 - 25(-1) = 9 + 25 = 34
