tangent=(opposite)/(adjacent)

We have

opposite = Y = 44

adjacent = X = 33

thereofre:

\tan\angle A=(Y)/(X)=(44)/(33)=(44:11)/(33:11)=(4)/(3)\to\boxed{A}
