All you have to do is plug in the coordinates into the problem to see if it is true or false:

5x - 2y + 1 > 0

5(-2) - 2(-1) + 1 > 0

-10 - (-2) + 1 > 0

-8 + 1 > 0

-7 > 0 ... So the answer would be FALSE
