\left[x \right] = \left[ \frac{-1}{4}\right][x]=[4−1] = x*3 +3x*2+6) - (9x*2-5x+7

(x×3+3x×2+6)-(9x×2-5x+7)
=(3x+6x+6)-(18x-5x+7)
=9x+6-13x-7
=-4x-1
