Im still learning but i find it moderate. It is easy because many german words look like there english counterparts. For example brot= bread wasser=water ist=is Ich=I Mann=Man. There is many other words like this. For me it gets tough with different well what do i call it "varations". Like Das,Der, and Die all mean "The" but for different people. That is where i get confused. But i've kept praticing them and that problem has died down. Repition is key! Here is a english and german sentence. Hello, Mrs Kottler. I have some bread and water = Hallo, Frau Kottler. Ich habe etwas Brot und Wasser. As you can see there is some differences but there is alot of similarties. I at first tried french but was too confusing. Of course learning a new language is difficult but me being a 13 year old i find German a good and easy (as easy learning a new language can get) language to learn. I think its because both languages are in the "Germanic" Language tree. Altough i am still learning, I find german a good one to learn.

Edit : If your doing online learning like me I reccomend DuoLingo. Its free and helps with the pronnoucatians by having you say german words and hearing them and writing it.
