I can explain Irrational and Rational numbers if that helps for 1-8
Rational:
All positive numbers, negative numbers and zero that can be written as a fraction of one number over another. Whole numbers, integers, fractions, ending decimals and repeating decimals are all rational numbers.
Irrational:
Numbers that cannot be fractions, they can be never ending decimals which no repetition and does not terminate (meaning it goes on forever with no repetition of numbers)
5. 4.2
6. 11.4
7. 1.4
8. 9.3
9. 32.5
10. Only answer i could get is 6√6
11. 19.2
12. 22.5
13. C
14. B
15. DESCRIPTIONS OF BOTH ARE AT BEGINNING
16. Yes, he is correct because 4.2^3 would be 74.088 and 4.3^3 is 79.507. 75 would be in between these two numbers.
17. This is incorrect because the square root would be in between 5 and 6 (5.7) not between 6 and 7.
18. B.
I am unsure about 19, 20, 21, 22, 23.
