Given equation :
2x^2-3=-6x-2.

We need to write it in standard form
ax^2+bx+c=0

First we need to get rid -2 from right side.

Adding 2 on both sides we get

2x^2-3+2=-6x-2+2

2x^2-1 = -6x

Now, we need to get rid -6x from right side to get 0 on rigth side.

Adding 6x on both sides we get

2x^2-1+6x = -6x+6x

2x^2+6x-1=0

Therefore,
2x^2-3=-6x-2 could be written as
2x^2+6x-1=0 in
ax^2+bx+c=0 form.
