-x² + 2x + 10 = x + 4

-x² + 2x - x + 10 - 4 = 0

x² - x - 6 = 0

x² - 3x + 2x - 6 = 0

x(x - 3) + 2(x + 3) = 0

(x - 3)(x + 2) = 0

x = 3, -2

Now in the given options for x = 3, -2, values of y will be = 7, 2
