In any food web, plants are considered to be producers. They convert sunlight (solar energy) into usable chemical energy (glucose). When we eat plants our bodies are using that chemical energy. What elements are rearranged to make glucose in plants?

Through the process of photosynthesis, the elements of carbon dioxide (co2) and water (h2o) are rearranged to make glucose (c6h12o6) and oxygen (o2).

Answer:

During the process of photosynthesis, plants is able to convert the solar energy into chemical energy by the help of the carbon dioxide and water present in the environment.

It takes several steps to produce glucose molecule( chemical form of energy) which is made of with the combination of six carbon atoms, six oxygen atoms, and twelve hydrogen atoms.

The plants takes carbon and oxygen from air in the form of carbon dioxide and hydrogen in the form of water from soil.
