SOMEONE. HELP. ME.I NEED A CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE SOLUTION BECAUSE, I HAVE ZERO IDEA WHAT IM DOING!!!

From 2003 onward, the number of daily visitors to a website increased by 200% every two years. So, for example, the number of visitors in 2011 was 200% more than the number of visitors in 2009.

In what year was the number of daily visitors 800% more than the number of daily visitors in 2003?

Explain, in words, how you solved this problem. Use complete sentences. Write as though the person reading is one of your classmates who has not seen the problem before. Include any important observations you made and explain why you are doing anything that isn't totally obvious.

It would be in 2011 because what it is generally saying is that every two years, the visitor count is add by two times the visitor count from 2003. So if in 2003 is the set value then it would be set as 100% or one time the original value. In 2005 it increasees by 200%, so now to would be 300%. In another two year it would increase once again, 2007 this time at 500%. Now in 2009 it increases and now it is 700%. finally in 2011 it increases one final time to 900% which is 800% higher than the set value in 2003.
