Answer: p ≥ 5

Explanation:

Subtract 4 from both sides :

4+ 2p - 4 ≤ 3p-1 - 4

Simplify :

2p ≤ 3p -5

Subtract 3 p from both sides

2p - 3p ≤ 3p - 5 - 3p

Simplify:

- p ≤ - 5

Multiply both sides by -1 (reverse the inequality right) :

( - p ) * ( - 1 ) ≥ ( -5 ) * ( - 1 )

Simplify :

p ≥ 5

Hope that helps!
