Choice B. You can see on the y-axis where the intercept is. First find the graph which has the intercept at 3/2. Then compare the slopes of the possibilities (A or B). The slope (means rise/run) of -3/4 means that the line will drop down 3 cells for every 4 cells that go across. The only graph which matches this is B.
