Your friend wants to lose weight around the belly. Your friend is planning to do crunches everyday to lose the weight, but is not planning on doing any other exercises.Do you think this strategy will be affected? Why or why not? What can your friend you to increase the pace of weight loss? Explain your answer.

I think that doing only crunches in not an effective way to lose belly fat. You need to balance the body, meaning that if you do crunches you would have to do another type of exercise to even it out. There could be side effects from only working one part of the body, and it might even take longer to lose the weight fully. Doing a full exercise routine is the faster, easier way to increase muscles and lose weight.

Yes it will have an affect but it will take a long time Bc belly fat is very hard to lose especially lower belly fat so I would recommend her to do some running and some more cardio for fast results
