HA <=> H⁺ + A⁻

pH = -log[H+] = 6

[ H⁺ ] = 10^-pH

[ H⁺] = 10 ^ -6

[ H⁺ ] = 0.000001 M

Percent dissociation:

[ H⁺ ] / [ HA]o * 100

[ 0.000001 / 0.10 ] * 100

0.00001 * 100 => 0.0010%
