The correct answer is B

Speed is a scalar quantity. A scalar quantity does not have a direction.

Velocity is a VECTOR quantity. A vector quantity does have a direction.


So, since the numerical value is the same, speed is the same (equal). But, since the direction is different, the velocity is different.
