C

the area (A ) of the trim is the area of the window frame subtract the area of glass

area of window frame = (5x + 3)(x + 6) = 5x² + 33x + 18

A = 5x² + 33x + 18 - (4x² + 26x + 15)

= 5x^2 + 33x + 18 - 4x² - 26x - 15 = x² +7x + 3 inches²
