First digit:5 or 8 so 2 possible numbers
Second:Any of 0 to 9 so 10 possible numbers
Third:Any of 0 to 9 so 10 possible numbers
Last:Any of 1 to 9 so 9 possible numbers
So Answer is,
2*10*10*9=1800
