Explanation:

A normal distribution can be easily identified if you can see a "bell shape/curve" in the plotted bar chart or line chart.

With regard to a Bat chart a normal distribution can be identified when most of the tall bars are in the middle and when going from middle to both left and right you see the height of the bars dropping at the same rate both ways.
