In my opinion, the progression in biotechnology will influence the people and society in a positive manner. The donors will assist in saving lives, and those who get the donations will be in better help. An ethical problem is that some of the individuals would not encourage the procedure as it is not morally right.
Some may even refuse to accept the transplant, if it goes against their beliefs, in spite of their life being in threat. The medical complications comprise the transfer of probable diseases. If the donor exhibit pathogens of which the body of the patient has not fought yet, then they can come in contact with the diseases. However, in case if the immune system of the recipient is weakened, then it is easier for the patient to get in contact with the diseases.
