The equation format for point-slope form is y-y1 = m(x-x1)

The slope is M, which is given as -1/5

You are given a point of (7,2) which would be x1 and y1.

replace x1 and y1 in the equation with the appropriate numbers:

x1 = 7, y1 = 2

The equation becomes y - 2 = -1/5x -7
