I'm assuming by the answer choices that you're question is:

-1/3x > 5

Isolate the x. Multiply -3 to both sides

(-3)(-1/3)x > 5(-3)

x > 5(-3)

Remember to flip the sign when you multiply by a negative number

x > 5(-3)

Multiply

x < -15

x < -15, or (A) is your answer

hope this helps
