Why is Career and technical education supported by the government?

A-Because it's required in school
B-Because it prepares students for jobs

My answer would be B, because studying is the better way know more deeper about how to start working, so if you want an employ and you have a degree it's easiest than when you don't have it, now there are people that not even studied and they are rich, but this doesnt apply for all the cases.
