I need to make a written script on why physical fitness is important to a person’s overall health. It must include at least two mental benefits, two social benefits and 2 physical benefits. Thank you

Physical fitness is good for all human beings whether you just walk your dog everyday or play sports. Physical activity can help with depression and anxiety as it can help you be happier or keep your mind off things. If you participate in sports at school then you are more involved in your school and the community. If you sign up for walks that help a cause then that's also amazing because it's helping people achieve something. (i had to write this 4 times i kept having to do something and then it would disappear lol, i hope it helps)
