How to Get Answer for Number 9:

3+5n = 1+8n+2

5n+3=(8n)+(1+2)(Combine Like Terms)

5n+3=8n+3

Step 2: Subtract 8n from both sides.

5n+3−8n= 8n+3−8n

−3n+3=3

−3n+3−3=3−3

−3n=0

Answer: n = 0


(-3n)/(-3) =(0)/(-3)

5x + 12 − 4x = 4x + 6 − 4x

x + 12 = 6

x + 12 − 12 = 6 − 12
