It's answer B since when you plug in -7 into x, the value then becomes absolute value of 2(-7) - 1, which is absolute value of -15, which becomes 15, and plugging 8 into x gives us absolute value of 2(8) - 1, which is absolute value of 15, which is just 15. That divided by 3 makes 5, so that solution is true when plugging those numbers in for x
