we are given angle as

\theta=(17\pi)/(6)

we can write it as

\theta=(12\pi+5\pi)/(6)

now, we can break it

\theta=(12\pi)/(6)+(5\pi)/(6)

On simplifying

\theta=2\pi +(5\pi)/(6)

we know all angles repeats itself after 2pi

so,

2\pi + \theta= \theta

so, we get

\theta=(5\pi)/(6)...............Answer
