Well, anything to the 0th power is equal to one. So, 1/4^2 = 1/16 In decimal form that would be .0625

Hope this helps :)

Anything to the zeroth power is equal to 1. (The numerator is equal to one because of this rule)

So.

(1)/(4^2) = (1)/(16)
