Comparison
Both the cells carries same genetic material.
Eucaryotes and Prockaryotes respire to release energy.
The process of protein production is same for both the cells.
Difference/Contrast
The utmost difference is of nucleus, eukaryotes carries one, where as prokaryotes don't.
Eukaryotas are usually cellular and Prokaryotes are usually multi cellular.
Cell membrane is present in eukaryotes and absent in prokaryotes.
Lysosomes, peroxisomes, Endoplasmic reticulum, Mitochondria are present in eukaryotic cells, yet absent in prokaryotic cells.
