there are two uncharged objects, A and B. some electrons move from A to B. How does the charge of two objects change?

If electrons move away from 'A', then 'A' becomes less negatively (or more positively) charged than it was originally.

If electrons move onto 'B', then 'B' becomes more negatively (or less positively) charged than it was originally.
