well first we can start by making both of the denominators the same so

7/8 = x5= 35/40

1/20 =x5= 5/40

so a you can see dania can paint 4 statues.

To solve this problem, you should divide 7/8 by 1/20.

When you divide fractions, it is not necessary for the denominators to be the same. You just have to flip the second fraction and then multiply the tops and the bottoms.

1/20–>20/1

7x20=140
8x1=8

You end up with 140/8. However, this fraction can be reduced. Find the GCF (in this case 4) and divide both the top and the bottom by the GCF.

140/4=35
8/4=2

Your final answer is 35/2, or as a decimal, 17.5 statues.

I hope this explanation helps you!
