I find "Family" as the most essential agent of socialization in any human being's life. I say so because it happens to not only be an agent but the foundation that creates a strong individual. A kid brought up in a dis-functional family finds it hard, later, to deal with other different hindrance that life creates for him. Therefore, a strategic plan is to be referred for a clearer understanding and utilization of the environment around us. This motif is carried out by implementing the best effort that is laid down by the agents of socialization.
Moving on, we are asked are the other agents equivalently desiring or not? Well, I will again say yes, as all the agents are dependent on each other and at a time in life, you will have to deal with your individual self without leaning for help from your peers and family. To be frank, Life is not short, so an individual deals with different kind of objectives in life.
A definite understanding of each agent is a necessity. As the years pass, a person has to carry himself in the world, either for his betterment or just for life's security. To sum up; Family, Mass-media, Peers, Religion, School and Work, are all a requirement to enhance your life-standard and make you successful.
