Solution:

Given equation of line
-4x+2y=24

To find the x-intercept of the equation, substitute
y=0 in the equation,

\Rightarrow -4x+2(0)=24\\\Rightarrow -4x=24\\\Rightarrow x=-(24)/(4) =-6

Hence, x-intercept of the equation is
(-6,0).

To find the y-intercept of the equation, substitute
x=0 in the equation,

\Rightarrow -4(0)+2y=24\\\Rightarrow 2y=24\\\Rightarrow y=(24)/(2) =12

Hence, y-intercept of the equation is
(0,12).
