If u use the equation y=mx+b with m being the slop and b being the y-intercept.

Answer:

-1/2

Explanation:

according to what I learnt, the general form of every equation is y=mx+c where y is the y value, x is the x value, m is the slope and c is the y-intercept so the equation y-3= -1/2(x - 2) in the general form wil be :

y= -x/2+4 and so m= -x/2 ,that is -1/2
