Perimeter (P) ≥ 596

(NOTE: We will be using "≥" because the perimeter is AT LEAST 596)

Perimeter (P) = 2w · 2L

596 ≥ 2(37) + 2L

596 ≥ 74 + 2L

522 ≥ 2L

L ≥ 261 cm

The length is greater than or equal to 261 cm.
