point slope form: y - 1 = 4 (x -2)

slope intercept form: y = 4x -7

Explanation:

If you want it in point slope form it would be: y - 1 = 4 (x -2)

but if you want it in slope intercept form, you solve this equation

y -1 = 4 (x-2)

y-1 = 4x -8

+1 +1

y = 4x -7 in slope intercept form
